If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help

 

 

Returns 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

We will not accept returns or exchanges after 14 days of the purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you would like us to provide a return label for you, we can for a $14.95 fee.

Just send us an email at DE@Dwayne-Elliott.com and we will set you up with one.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

 

Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

Refunds 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

 

 

Exchanges  

 If the item you ordered does not fit, or you do not like the color, we do offer exchanges.

Contact us with the order # and what the item you would like to exchange for, and we will set that up for you.

Like the shipping the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.

Once we receive the item back and inspect it, we will ship out the exchange free of charge.
